Senior Expertise & Excellence in Digital User eXperience
The SEED-UX 101 project aims to improve job prospects for UX/UI professionals across Europe by offering internationally standardised, multidisciplinary training and support.
Participants will benefit from sector-focused education, professional networking events and access to cutting-edge tools such as AI-powered design software over a 30-month programme.
Each attendee will receive a verified certificate detailing their acquired skills and training, which is uniquely identified.
By integrating portfolio development, international mentorship and digital community platforms, SEED-UX 101 connects local talent with global opportunities, promoting sustainable improvements to the sector and equitable knowledge sharing for emerging design professionals.

We are a dedicated team of professionals committed to helping young graduates break into the User Experience (UX) industry — across User and Interface Research, Experience and Interaction Design, Service Design, and Human-Machine Interaction — within an academic ecosystem that is often siloed and outpaced by industry developments.
Since our inception, we have reached over 200 students through cohort-based training and more than 2,000 participants through online events, mentoring, and one-on-one consultations. Many of our alumni have successfully landed positions in leading companies or launched their freelance UX careers. Our mission continues to grow with new programs, new partners, and increasing impact.
Although our team is mostly in Turkey and Germany, we are planning to give our educational services all across Europe. That is why we are looking for European solution partners and support.
We design practical, instructor-led online courses that bridge the gap between education and real-world UX practice:
If you believe that academic education in UX fields is deficient and falling behind the professional sector's expectations, we invite you to contribute to a solution.
It is especially important for senior students to begin preparing authentic portfolios early on by conducting realistic studies that align with industry expectations, rather than theoretical graduation projects. Failure to do so will result in a disadvantageous position at the outset of your professional careers.
